Name shirt for my little girl

Malia has long ago outgrown her hand painted name onesie! It was high time I made her a shirt.

Colors

Choose the colors for the onesie and T-shirt.
Colors available are:
white
blue
light green
light yellow
light purple or
if you have another color in mind, just ask!
Keep in mind these are hand dyed so the colors may vary.

Also choose the colors for your letters.
Choose from:
Primary
One color
Two colors
Monochromatic or
Any color combination you can dream up

Don't forget to mention if you want the foot stamp or flower stamp. Please give a general idea of where you want it as well. For example, the bum and/or above the name.
